Jacqueline Holmbeck
I am a wife, mother of 3 young children, and work full time as an Operating Room Nurse Educator. Baking is not just a hobby for me, it's a passion. Desserts can create so many different emotions. Joy, comfort, satisfaction, bliss. Being able to provoke these emotions in others is what gives it all meaning. Since I work full time, I am a nights and weekend baker. I am a self taught, home baker who continues to grow and learn new techniques.
